This is a friendly reminder that ALL Homeowners must get a sign off from the City Inspector if you have a permit for your generator, solar or propane conversion.
All Permits need to get a sign off from the city inspector.

Plz help the HOA office management team & Architecture Committee by submitting your plans and permits before work is done. If you have already had the work done to quickly restore power at your homes, plz submit all requested documentation asap. This helps keep our neighborhood safe from fires & leaks.
