Foundation Repair:
For foundation repair it seems like there are three avenues that neighbors in this post have shared.
Option One: Wait until the movement stops and assess/repair damage.
Option Two: Lift your home and set it on steel beams, effectively removing it from the land. A few neighbors on the beach are having that work done this week. I’m only aware of one company doing that work. American Heavy Lifting esutton@americanheavymoving.com
Option Three: Stabilize your foundation using “push” or “helical” piers. The home is temporarily lifted hydraulically and void filled with a poly material.. Dalinghaus is the only company I am aware of that is doing this work. https://www.dalinghausconstruction.com/

If anyone has any other foundation companies with whom they have consulted and additional information to provide about the options noted above (or others), please add that information for everyone's benefit here. Additional cracks, settling & fissures in our homes and streets are making me and many neighbors very nervous. Merci.
